How do I know whether The House is trustworthy?
Our firm has an VAT number and is registred at the Chambre of commerce. We only work with invoices. You will always receive an invoice of your purchase / sale.
In which countries is The House active?
The House is active in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and the United States of America. The House has a small office in the centre of Brussels and 2 shops in France. For further information, check the "contact" button.
Where can I find the daily price of gold?
On each page of the website you'll find the gold prices

Can I always buy or sell coins/bars?
Of course. We always buy and sell gold and silver.
How can I buy or sell gold/silver?
1. You want to sell:
• Contact The House by telephone or e-mail.
• Make an appointment. ( at our office in Brussels )
• Please register in advance when you want to be paid in cash.
2. You want to buy:
• Contact The House by telephone or e-mail.
• We check whether we have the coins or bars stocked.
• An appointment will be made at our office in Brussels.
How to pay?
You can pay an invoice by transfer or cheque. If you sell to us and you want to be paid in cash, please let us know in advance.
Do I need to pay VAT when I buy gold or silver?
You will have to pay 21% VAT at the purchase of silver. Golden coins and bars are VAT-free.
How do I receive my order?
You can only pick up your order when you make an appointment in advance.
